Check in was seamless. Patty was very welcoming and knowledgeable about my insurance. Tammy was efficient and friendly getting me ready to see the Dr. Dr. Chris was thorough and did a great job reviewing testing and explaining his findings. Very friendly office from start to finish.

I've been going to the Belle Plaine location for a few years (I believe the same optometrists travel to multiple locations). I have always been so happy with my experience. I only have vision in one eye and have the total confidence Southwest Eye Care will help keep my eye healthy! The awesome customer service and high-quality care makes this place all kinds of amazing. Definitely recommend checking out for all of your eyeball needs! 😄🤓

Dr. Krassin and his team are absolutely wonderful. They made the process of having my eye surgery effortless and painless. The communication was outstanding and I understood everything happening during, before, and after the entire process. I would recommend Southwest Eye Care for anyone looking for a new eye doctor or to get corrective surgery! You won't find better service!
