Rush, rush rush, and blame me for being 10 mins late to the next appointment, when you were 5 mins late to mine. No time for questions, not even listening to wait is being said. Horrible experience.

Went to get a vasectomy, he was very unprofessional at the consultation, but my husband wanted to continue with him and get it done. We go in to get it done, wait 30 min to be seen, and get told he can't do it. Guy forgot to get my husband meds and was like, at least you got some valium out of it, and we were like he hasn't taken anything. Really wish I would've read reviews before we both ended up wasting PTO for two days to do it all over again at the hospital.

Dr. Runkle was able to fit me in on short notice. Spent time explaining my problem and came up with a solution. Did not rush me and was polite and sympathetic.

I went in with what I know from experience was a sinus infection. He said I could have a brain tumor and told me I needed an MRI. Had the MRI. Sinus infection. Terrible doctor. Doesn't listen.

Did not listen to concerns, talked over me, got very angry, screaming into the hallway. I really was shocked! I believe he should retire or Ridgeview Clinics should review his employment contract. I actually cried when I left as it is something you would never expect when seeing a doctor.

Something is seriously wrong with this Dr. Why on earth he still has a job is beyond me. Angry outbursts. Nurses roll their eyes. Storms out of the room.

It's apparent these dr's do not follow through with furthering their education. They'd also benefit greatly in lessons for dr/patient etiquette! If not, hang up the white coat and not take up (waste) any more patients time.

Dr. Runkle is very rude. Bedside manner? What bedside manner! He verbally abused my daughter with the door open for the entire clinic to hear. He accused her of attempting suicide with meds he prescribed. She never took ONE! In fact she was following up with Runkle after a visit to Mayo. No one in my family will ever step foot in that clinic again. I would not recommend Guy Runkle to my worst enemy!
