I had a horrible experience with Jerrod Nordberg!! I was in tears with the unbelievable heartless treatment I received. Nordberg made me feel like I didn't deserve to receive help with the health issue I went in for which was an infection I developed from a cold that I could not fight off on my own after weeks. He wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic. I went home and told my husband, we then got on the phone and talked to the on-call doctor and she prescribed an antibiotic. After just a few hours I was feeling lots better and after a couple of days, I was back to normal. My health insurance made their adjustment to the charge from Nordberg and I was billed by Nordberg for $380.93 for no medical help from him! It was the on-call doctor that cared about my health and helped me get better and I am so grateful to Dr. Beth Kennedy!! It is on record that my husband and children are not open to ever meeting with Jerrod Nordberg!
