Dr. Sorenson may have all the education neededand may be good for certain individuals. However, I found that she talked down to me, treated me like like an old person which I am not (just broken bones which needed plates and screws) --- I work and own a business. She was very hyper, her nurse even said that too. Not calming at all, spoke quickly and abrupt. She made me more upset the longer I was there, could not wait to leave. Her inability to understand that I was there for a pre-op for surgery in the morning injury offering no understanding of basic information information on my chart. She was an alarmist. She caused me physical pain during the exam which could have prevented. If you have any health issues/history and over 40 I would not see her. She might be great for young people for basic care... she was more interested in the fact that I should get a vaccine(dt), than my pending surgery in the morning. Bottom line, I get to say I will never see her again! The nurses were great!

I had severe headaches, never had before, and was told "it's tension get a massage" despite me explaining the level of pain. No tests, plan, medication offered, I was blown off. I ended up in the ER with excruciating pain, diagnosed with ON and requiring surgery for disc issues. She's nice but did not listen to me no matter how many times I stated my pain was beyond level 10.
