I had to drive 45 minutes each way and wait 15 minutes for a 5 minute consultation with Dr. Adler, who told me that I needed a tendon rerouted. This information could have been conveyed by telephone and saved me the time, gasoline, and wait. Please consider scheduling tele visits in such cases.

The staff at NEOS was accommodating. I was fortunate in that the wait wasn’t too long. I met with Dr. Adler and explained the injuries I sustained. Afterwards, he explained the surgery I needed to repair my wrists. Too bad I need surgery, but I’m confident and hopeful it will give me back functionality and relieve the pain in my hands.

Dr. Adler reviewed my x-rays and then took the time to explain my condition and the potential treatment paths we might follow. He gave me a gentle exercise to perform and recommended a particular brace to use when needed. Dr. Adler referred me to physical therapy and gave me ample time to ask questions. I appreciated both his extensive knowledge and his sense of humor. Highly recommend!

This was my first time getting carpal tunnel surgery and Dr. Adler was amazing! He made me feel so at ease before during and after my surgery. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. I need my right hand done as well and I plan on definitely going back to him for my next surgery. If I could rate him 10 stars I would!
