Dr. Norton is a very caring person. She's kind and patient and is concerned about my health issues. She listens to me and takes what I say seriously. I appreciate how she treats me. Any fears of doctors seems to be diminished with Dr. Norton because she has a way of making you feel comfortable with her.

Dr.Norton never rushes me or answers my questions dismissively. Dr. Norton is extremely patient and makes a genuine attempt to understand my concerns and requests. She is the only doctor I will take my children to and I have been for the last 8 years.

Dr. Norton is such a great and caring doctor. She answers my questions and I feel she genuinely cares about me and my health. I find her to be a very respectful, kind and caring person.. I also like her nurse Renee. She's always been kind and professional.

Had an 11:00am appt. Arrived at 10:43am. Sent to exam room at 10:55am and waited until 11:20am without seeing Dr. Norton nor was i checked on by her nurse Renee. When i excited the exam room nurse Renee was reading a magazine and did not offer an apology for the Dr's tardiness or offer to reschedule. I felt extremely disrespected. If this is an indication of patient treatment at North Memorial-St. anthony, i have no intention of ever returning there nor would i recommend them.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Norton to family and friends and they do see her. She is responsive to needs and questions in a timely manner and with resources at her fingertips. She is thorough and understanding along with her broad range of experience and expertise. I have faith and trust that I am in great hands with Dr. Norton and her staff.
