They offer great care.
Doctors and nurses are awesome they do their best to take care of all your needs.
My husband sees A. Taylor for followups after a surgical procedure 9 years ago. She was new at the time and asked if he had family members needing a doctor….about 4 or 5 years ago I went with him for three specific issues. Our appts. were back to back. She wasted most of the appt. pointing to a the list of previous meds and supplements I was taking from years prior. She would point to one item and then look at me for an answer….then point to the next. It was bizarre and insulting. Like I couldn’t look at the list and quickly tell her what was still current? I asked for help with an issue that resulted from a hysterectomy years prior. She replied with “but you had that issue before the hysterectomy”. Which I DID NOT. I said “no”. She moved on like I had said nothing. I had two other issues, one of which was not affecting my health. She chose to focus on that one. I still have issues with the two she chose to ignore. It has affected my balance and hip alignment. I have back pain and fall down often. I have not returned to her. In the years since she has never asked my husband about me until his followup this year. She asked him how things were at home. That is not specifically about me but…somehow during the conversation she asked him if I was working….WHAT does that have to do with my husbands medical care or mine? It is none of her business if I am working, where I am working or anything else. It is highly inappropriate for a doctor to ask anything about someone that is not their patient! I stupidly tried another doctor closer to home last year….once again a big fat let down. My advice is Centracare will not treat you like an individual. They have strict protocols and will not deviate for your individual needs. My issues are ignored and they just keep getting worse. I also believe they value male lives more than female. My husband has been tested for cholesterol (fasting) long before his health issues. He has had other preventive tests recommended for people over a certain age. I am a few weeks older than him. Not once were these tests recommended or even offered to me. My conclusion is that it is because I am a woman. Thanks Centracare for making me feel insignificant. I am sure nothing will change as long as you have a long line of patients walking through your revolving doors.
They canceled my appointment 1 hour prior. Very poor organization!
Very clean and sanitary. Always polite and helpful staff
The Neurology exam today was excellent. The staff reduced the pain, just by being gentle. I highly recommend this clinic! Nice to see the helicopter come in as well.
Have always had pleasant people to talk to checking in. Everyone has been very helpful and they smile.
I was blessed to see Dr Stocks in the Pulmonolgy department, and he is a great doctor, he goes above and beyond, and I got so much good information from him it was great, and he made sure I knew that he is there to reach out to should I need help. I was throughly impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

Arrived In the emergency room with my girlfriend at 7pm, still waiting at 830pm, people are just comming in and getting priority for no explicable reason. This is clearly a for profit hospital, the owners care nothing about their patients pain or issues and dont show any urgency (someone bleeding with possible miscarriage has the same wait as someone with slight chest pains). I expect the hospital would show more care where its needed, not to say that someone with slight chest pain is any less important. My girlfriend was in intens pain and could hardly walk when we arrived, it took 20 min just for them to check her in and then we have been sitting for almost two hours, luckily her pain has gone down but had the issue been time sensitive she could be seriously injured. There have been nearly 15 people that have come in after she did who didnt seem to be in any pain that have been taken care of before her. This is a despicable establishment and the owner should be removed from running hospitals until they learn how to treat patients correctly. Update- still here at 11pm.. at least we've been seen. I would like to say that all the nurses and the doctor have been very kind unfortunately that doesn't change my review.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
