Centracare Sleep Center's Online Review Report Card

Went in there to get a full sleep study performed. I already am a CPAP user or supposed to be cannot tolerate it, trying to go through the steps to get an inspire sleep apnea treatment, and when in the gentleman providing the sleep study, didn’t listen to what I was telling him proceeded to give me his entire life‘s story of medical problems and issues. He had himself woke me up every 20 minutes over the entire night had a terrible nights sleep, and after I got the thousands of dollars bill paid had my follow up found out he didn’t even perform the sleep study that I needed to have done. Now I am going to have it repeated at another facility with a different place. Worst medical experience of my life I will never use them for anything again.

It was awful I didn't feel comfortable with doing anything and I did not feel very comfortable with the tech that had and especially DID NOT feel comfortable without my mother in the room with me while I was sleeping

After the Sleep Center receives your referral they do not even bother to call you to schedule your sleep study. You have to call them. Then after the sleep study has been done. Again they don't call you to go over the results or to schedule a follow up appointment. I just got off the phone with the Sleep Center and they told me I would have to follow up with my primary care doctor. I said well isn't that your job to recommend what sleep apnea machine is required. No it's not our job. If your doctor puts in another referral just to let you know we are scheduling out 3.5 months. What a joke.

Best doctor—Dr.Payne. Great clinic! Dr. Payne is by far the best sleep doctor I have been to BECAUSE he listens. When you are with him, you have his attention. He’s calm and concerned about you—not rushing to get to the next patient. I have appreciated his help for over 15 years!

Called for parts for my bipaps but told I'd have to see a doctor well called the number on the back it will be sent today no doctor no copay nice

Troy Payne is the best sleep Dr around. He explains everything in detail and will not end your visit until all questions are answered and understood.

If you like to be frustrated or you like to waste money, go here. After the fact, I wish that I never step foot in this place. If you are starting out and trying to determine if you have Sleep Apnea go to 800CPAP store on the internet. They have a test that they will mail to you for $250 and you mail it back to them the next day. They will advise a unit for you and set it up prior to shipping it out to you. I purchased the Dream Station with a humidifier (top of the line) and a very comfortable mask, total bill $1100. By the time you get done with the Centra-Care Sleep Center you will have your insurance deductible maxed out and instead of $1100, you will be paying in my case $2500. You can use your HSA to help pay the bill. Hind sight is 20-20. P.S: I wish that I could give zero stars, because they are not worth one.
