Never on-time - lacking professionalism everywhere (nurses front desk staff) with exception of doctor.

The physcial therapy is good actually, but this business is too shady to recommend to anyone. They are liars and cheats. Even when you ask about pricing upfront they'll tell you it will be $250 for an hour session. Sound good. Then a month late after you've been 3 times you find out from the first bill its $250 for the session, and then 120 for "self care management training", $110 for "excercise", and $110 for traction. So you were told it'll be $250 and then its $600. The world would be better off if this place went out of business, they're scam artists and charlatans. I mean there is no scenario in which I could have walked out the door for $250, they lied plain and simple. Even setting aside the traction charge (which they never once mentioned would be over $100 extra) what would they *do* for $250 if excercise and counseling aren't included?

Had to go here three days in a row so they could do more testing, they couldn’t even find out what was wrong with me exactly. Don’t have health insurance which I told them but they kept offering me scans, inhaler, seemed like they were pushing for me to spend more. Funny thing is it turned out I didn’t even need the scan. I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Dr. Math was awesome, however customer service, especially in the billing department is atrocious. The lady taking my call was rude, and acted like it was some burden to take my information. You work in customer service, learn to be hospitable.

I can't get my son's records because they had the bright idea to send the records somewhere else. I should have kept my family's care in mpls.

I had such a great experience here. All of the staff was so sweet and caring for it being so early in the morning! I wish the team that took care of me wasn’t just for occupational health otherwise I’d make this clinic my go to!

Over 2 months to make an appointment. Our private insurance sure is nice. It would take less time to become Canadian and then get an appointment with their public health care!
