Dr. Karen did an amazing job in my bunion. She always could answer all my questions and is a big sweetheart! Her staff are also very nice. They make life easy as far as paperwork with your insurance and your employer too. I will eventually need my other foot done and will definitely be back to see Dr. Karen!

Dr. Rouw is fantastic! She did the bunions on both my feet. Left foot last year, and the right foot this year. My feet look and feel great. Her staff is wonderful also, very friendly and take great care of the patient. I would recommend checking them out. Very pleased with my outcome. Thank you!

An honest review by an established patient. Plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to see this DPM. Today I was 6 minutes late for my scheduled appointment due to an unexpected train crossing blocking the roadway; the clinician would not see me finding my 6 minute tardiness unacceptable. This clinician does not run on time and shows little respect for patients time. A lack of people skill make a difficult provider to patient relationship. Her staff is awesome (5 star) always available for phone calls, very professional and helpful.
