Dr. Hwang is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He took the time to review my MRI and explain everything in terms I could understand. He gave me many options, and together we worked out a plan for my shoulder. The only not so positive comment I would say is that I wish he would be at the Sartell location a few days a week.
