I received out patient surgery for a sinus problem - billed $30,000+. Result no change in my condition. Billing problems and poor customer service as well. Go to another clinic.

made appt in same day,had exam,nothing changed in regards to condition outlook ,told live with the pain and things will get better, told so called md i have had this pain for 2 weeks,after explaining that i had 10 plus surgerys on my head neck md((DR J CRAGLE) stated could have acid reflex at night, wrote rx for a medicine i take already only increase by 1 tab daily, will drive to rochester mayo as soon as appt is scheduled to visit a great md dr kerry olsen ent that performed my last surgery so bad one has to drive to rochester mn for concerned care,centra care new ceo stated how he is going to make the hospital and centra-care the finest care in minnesota he has a lot of work to do, what a stupid unrealistic statement when minnesota has the mayo that is world famous, any individual that has had the mayo experience knows st cloud does not compare in care or concern of the individual in need

Spent very little time with me so did not get to theheart of the problem. JJust assumed what the cause was and told me I would just have to learn to live with it. Since then have read research journals that said you should not say that to patients wit this problem.

Dr. is very helpful; businesslike, but understanding, sincere, honest, and right-on.He is extremely efficient and the best ENT surgeon in the area; highly acknowledged by peers at Mayo for ability to perform excellent surgery.
