List of Centracare- St. Joseph Clinic's Reviews
Drs. Sean and Katrina? At the top of their game. I spoke with someone today that took me 3 days to get ahold of for questions about the results of some tests. I was cut off several times while asking questions. I was shut down while discussing information that came to light about one of my findings regarding a test result and was asked if I had any more questions rather than statements. I've been going to this clinic for 16 years. I expected a hell of a lot more respect than what I was given. Which obviously was none.
Got here early. Only one person in the waiting room. It’s been 20 waiting in the room to be seen. It’s not busy here. Why are they taking forever. It’s sad that I can get seen quickly at a busy centracare then this place.
What an unprofessional doctors office. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Showed up 20 minutes early and was left to wait for over an hour. Obviously they don’t care about their patients. I wasted an hour driving there and forty bucks on gas.
The medical and front desk staff are always professional and friendly. They see you in a timely manner and are always great about answering any questions you have about test results. Dr. Christopher Thompson and his nurse Julie are great!
Very friendly and Dr's. and nurses always are patient and answer my questions.
Unmasked patients everywhere. Clients are not informed about covid waiting area right by reception until after waiting in reception for 10 minutes. Unsafe germ protocols, no separation of patients who are sick. Staff including doctors walked around by patient rooms unmasked, lab techs were wearing masks under chins, all masks were inadequate surgical which is not protective and the lowest standard with SARS C19 and variants. A doctor that was unmasked in halls was coughing, sneezing and talking into the air loudly, Doctors and nurses seem to think they are too important to follow health guidelines and also seem ignorant about new information. When you ask questions they react defensively. My doctor was symptomatic and when I asked her if she was sick, she defensively said allergies. Does not matter, she should not have been seeing me like that. I had to request she wear an N95. I was told often by staff that they were fulled vaxxed. This means nothing as vaxxed spread virus. They need to be fully masked. There was poor ventilation in the patient rooms and they get angry when you open the door citing privacy concerns but there is no concern about a patients right to be informed about their lack of health protections. There should be air filters in each room, doctors and nurses with n95 masks. They should inform patients if there was other sick patients in the room and they should clean air before new patient. The doctor had to sneeze when she was close to my face, she went out of the room and came back with the same mask on. A very dangerous clinic with FLU< RSV and SARS C 19 and the staff should be the safest not the least. An abuse of power all around. Hospitals overflowing with children and new info on repeated c19 infections causing long term illness and or delayed stroke or heart attacks and they behave like spoiled children who don't want to be told what to do. The doctor also offered me no treatment at all or took the time to explain test results and even wrongly reported to me that I had been tested for everything. I had severe symptoms and they put me at risk because of their bias, defensiveness, lack of current Info, care and common sense. A clinic that pays lip service to health but Is a high risk environment for vulnerable patients, children and anybody that doesn't want to come away with an Infectious disease or be misdiagnosed.
I got billed 309.75 for stepping inside the clinic. My school sent me their for a medication refill and I found out when I got there It was the pharmacy next to it, but yet they still billed me for asking them where the pharmacy is. I will never go their again, CENTRACARE Is more about making money then helping people. If money is not a problem for you, centracare is for you.
My first time at this clinic and I was very impressed with the friendliness and slow pace of my service. When we were in our appointment I felt listened to and like I was in good hands! All the information was presented thoroughly and the doctor was patient as we weighed our options. I left my appointment feeling well cared for. My baby also loved the play area!
Trina is amazing! Such a sweetheart. The staff has always been great!
I think they are unprofessional and without ethic I will tell you why: in conclusion, I can believe that health is now a business so they give me an appointment to the doctor by phone because I have a really bad sore throat and ear pain that has last 6 days and once I show up they denied me service because that is not the clinic I always go, and they said the guy on the phone did a mistake. This is just unbelievable and I think is discrimination because a patient should be seen any time is need it that is not what doctors are for? seriously. I have insurance and I have the right to be seen. Just as a comparison so if I go to a supermarket lets said X---Market and I decide to buy one thing one day at YZ-Market can they denied me service because I don't usually buy at YZ-Market this is stupid. I will never use there services again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
