My name is Matthew R Wilson - on 11/16/22. I had a appt with Dr. ILya Perepelitsyn - he is a Ear, Nose&Throat Doctor. This the 1st time meeting up with the Doctor. As my Ears were so plugged and ringing non stop - meaning hurting alot. I had tried getting into many places for help. Plus missing work days because of my Ears hurting. I was so very happy to finally get a appt. Meeting the Doctor - and talking about my Ears problems. He was a very caring and listening openly. Said he would look my Ears over very well. And take care of me. He answered all my questions. I felt i now have found my Ear Doctor - i totally trust and he has a caring heart for all his patients !! I would highly recommend Doctor Perepelitsyn - 5 STARS !!!

After a number of weeks with fluid in my ear, Dr P gave me my options and I decided to have him drain the fluid. He was able to do it that day in the office!

While Dr. Perepelytsyn has a pleasant appearance, I am unimpressed with the results of the surgery and the post op care. Firstly, a week after the surgery I started feeling sharp pain in different parts of the head, which felt like the reinfection. While calling the office, I could not get the hold of the doctor to provide a response or schedule me for a quick check in to evaluate the healing. Secondly, when going for the second opinion, the CT scan revealed the removal/extreme widening of the maxillary sinus divider which we didn't agree on. My issue lied within the ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses and Dr. Perepelistyn went ahead to alter the nasal structure rather radically while presenting it to me as a 'minimal' invasion. Highly not appreciated. While I can breath better now, I still experience the discomfort/aches I went initially with before undergoing the surgery. Evaluate with someone else before proceeding with this doc.
