Absolutely horrendous! I made a telehealth appointment, and they have their own communication thing instead of using zoom. The thing forces you to download an app and then you need an extension number that they don't just give you in the text messages, so you have to call them to get some kind of number for the extension, and then after all that, my provider wasn't even there when I was already 5 minutes late because I had to call and ask for some extension number! I canceled my appointment and then the doctor called me after I already canceled. Could have just called me in the first place! Having all this rigmarole and jumping through hoops just to get healthcare is absolutely ridiculous, but a great reflection of our overall health care system in America.
