Hands down the best dental office I've ever visited! The staff was very friendly, caring and knowledgable, everything was explained thoroughly. You can tell that the facility is kept incredibly clean! I trust Dr. Melissa to continue taking great care of my teeth! Thank you Tranquility Dental!

Great office and wonderful staff! When I needed a referral for an endodontist and my original office couldn't help me, they took care of me same day having never been a client prior. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Melissa and her staff.

I was not informed that these dentists were no longer in my insurance network. I got hit with a big bill. I don't think that's the way to do business. I will not be going back.

I struggle to rate this low because the office itself is phenomenal, and we have had great experiences with the front desk, hygienists, and dentists. There is also generally a staffing shortage in the dental industry, and they have been hit by it. I had an appointment scheduled a year in advance and was given two weeks notice prior to the appointment that they needed to cancel without any alternatives offered. It makes me lose confidence in scheduling out appointments at this office again if one that was solidified a year in advance was canceled without backup plans.

I don't even know where to begin. There is just too much awesomeness to talk about in one review! Tranquility is hands down the best dentistry in MN! A class act! Everyone is treated with the utmost care and everything is explained thoroughly. Every employee rocks! I love this place.

For those with dental phobias I can't reccomend this place enough. I came from shamblott where service felt a bit too commercialized and like if you made a production line out of dentistry but the production line was not smooth or efficient. The way they treat you here is like you are a human. There is no judgment on what is going on in your mouth. I like how gentle they speak especially after telling them that I was nervous. It feel genuine and authentic. They were joking to see how pain-free my novacaine shot could be and honestly I couldn't feel it at all and it's the worst part for me. For the first time I actually enjoy the dentist even though I have alot more work to be done and it is of course quite spendy. It's worth it though. And they do a good job of explaining the costs and such. The only reviews that are not 5 stars are ones about scheduling and honestly it's because they are so well saught after and the other one was from someone out of state....

My son had a dental cleaning and a few days later, one side of his retainer came unglued. I was charged $50 to reglue it and a few days later the same side came unglued again. I was charged another $50 when I felt they should have done it for free considering it was done just a few days prior. They said it was because his retainer wasn't done by them and was because of normal wear and tear. However, he had absolutely no issues prior to this cleaning. I will not be returning.
