This dental clinic is amazing! Bridget and the other office staff are fantastic! They are always so kind and very responsive any time I call or text. Great customer service! Dr. Y is also awesome, he checked in with me often during my procedure to make sure I was okay. Everyone at this clinic does their very best to make sure that you are well taken care of and I really appreciate them all! Thank you Access Point Dental Team! You all are the best!

Get a second opinion. This facility broke HIPAA when they gave me the prescription for someone of opposite sex and 50yrs older than myself. It included oxycontin. After a week of phone calls, this facility did not release my health history to a new dentist. This facility did not provide me with a treatment plan. I was told 1 tooth would "cost $300 or $3000" and they wouldn't know until they start. I saw another dentist and they were able to tell me upfront what the issue was and what the cost would be.

Brigett was great I got a quick appointment The check in process was easy and quick the waiting process wasn't long at all. I had to get a tooth removed and the process was quick they made me feel comfortable and after they healing process was smooth i didnt have any problems or swelling

They never answer their calls, it’s very frustrating. Even when the receptions is just sitting there. They make sure that your calls goes straight up voicemail.

Cleaned my teeth on just the left side, then said I'd have to pay $500 out of pocket if I want the right side done! What kind of bait and switch scam is this place?? I'd been coming here for years, and until now, they'd been good, but to send me on my way with half a cleaning and no intention to do the other half unless I pay $500 out of pocket when I have insurance is really sketchy.

I have previously had a few terrible experiences at other dentists. I was REALLY scared when I went to my appointment and told them. I have never had such a WONDERFUL experience as I did at Access Point Dental. They were so kind, patient, funny, helpful, attentive and they made sure to explain everything so I understood. At previous offices the atmosphere was unpleasant at times and this made it uncomfortable. At Access Point Dental they were professional but yet had fun. Their attitudes made the atmosphere feel very calm and cheerful. I am so happy and excited to begin my journey to get a new smile that looks like me and makes me feel like me!
