List of Allina Health Urgent Care- Bandana Square's Reviews
They are kind, respectful and above all the nurse and the doctor treated us very well.
This urgent care has wait time worse than the emergency room. I've never waited less than 2 hours here.
The Doctor and staff at ALLINA Bandana urgent care were fabulous. I needed a CAT scan and labs. I was supported at each step. Everything was explained in a friendly and caring manner. My results came quickly and the doctor explained them, answered my questions and helped me prepare for possible next steps. Bravo!
I can only speak for myself, but I had a great experience here. Loved the doctor and he even called me the next day to see how things were going and thoroughly answered all my questions in a way I understood. The male nurse also tried very hard to find me a transfer that was close for a last minute ultrasound and that was very appreciated.
For urgent care, it was great. Line went smoothly, nurses and doctors dealt with my issues and answered my questions.
It is a calm atmosphere.
Front staff is lazy. I came to urgent care for something URGENT. I had to literally pull a Karen for them to talk to their supervisor to figure out what my situation was because they didn't want to get off their behind and go walk. The doctor and the person on the phone made it seem like a nurse visit was easy to get, but I had to go in TWICE before they finally did what I needed done (first person said they couldn't do anything.) Well, the first test failed because of improper communication. Took 4 days to get them to redo the test. Now I am waiting another 2 days for them to processes the test. This is a joke. I can't believe people who work in Healthcare can treat me like I'm just some customer complaining at a retail store. This is HEALTHCARE. These guys should be getting paid $10 an hour for how bad their service was.
Dr. and Staff allowed me to be treated, even though they had closed for the night (Christmas Eve). My daughter had searched for a UC for quite awhile on her phone, and found Bandana Square to be the only UC available at that moment. God Bless Dr. Umeh and his staff! They certainly had the Christmas Spirit among them.
Creating an account online and signing in before actually going to the clinic is the best way to get in and out . I had 2hr and 58 min wait , the app and messages kept me informed of when I was next in line , headed the clinic when I was 8th in line , sat for about 15mins , named was called and headed to the back . The nurses and doctors are always nice and willing to answer questions . I was seen and taken care of , thank you all !
I had a major abscess on my spine, and had gone to the ER two weeks earlier. The ER did nothing. I came here after the antibiotics I been was prescribed were ineffective. The level of care I received here was absolutely incredible. They drained the abscess properly, prescribed me the necessary medicine, and actually TREATED my problem. Their jobs matter! They helped me a great deal and I couldn't give them high enough marks. Excellent!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
