List of David M. Miller's Reviews
I have been with Dr Miller since Dr Sullivan has retired. Since Dr Miller has taken over his family practice the service is not the greatest. I call during business hours as stated on answering machine, and it goes to VM saying that they are closed when in fact it says they are open till 4pm. I called over to the doctor that shares the office with Dr Miller and they answer the phone to advise me they have closed early... no indication of that on the VM??? as well I have had an issue that needed to be dealt with since December and the ladies at the desk say that they will talk to Dr Miller and he has not yet called me back and this has been since December. I am so beyond frustrated with Dr Millers service, this is truly disappointing when you cannot depend on your family doctor!!
Satisfied with all medical procedures No problems
Once again this doctor gets a failing grade. Follow-ups are rarely made. Prescriptions are not sent to pharmacy and after several attempts / requests on the part of patient and pharmacy staff, Dr Miller and staff still have failed to send the script refill. One can rarely get through when attempting to make an appointment. He may be a good person but he certainly lacks the necessary skills to be a trusted family doctor.
I have been trying for almost a week to get repeats on one of my medications, which is a necessity and can not get him to refill it. He never follows through with things. You have to keep hounding to get him to do anything. Now they are no long booking with the nurse practitioners, so thi4is not an option. I I was able to find another doctor I would definitely be gone.
I feel so blessed to have Dr Miller as my family physician. I used to have a hard time getting a hold of his office but now they have conveniently added email, so that is now a non issue. Dr Miller is a very busy man and I know he has a very large patient load but when you meet with him he is understanding, he listens, he knows what he is talking about, he doesn’t rush you and you know that he cares about you as a patient. Thank you Dr Miller and office for wonderful care in all sense of the word.
Very poor pt care. Can never get through to office. When you do get through to his office he is either on vacation or out of the office for the next month! Follow up is very none existant. Only way to get follow up is to call his office repeatedly inquiring then maybe you will finally get it. If it wasnt so hard to get a Dr. I would leave in a heart beat!!
Does not follow through with any referrals. Have to call yourself to see if referrals have been sent. Does not call you with test results. Can't get through on the phone lines. EVER. Most times I,ve had to drive to the office to make an appointment. I live 30 minutes out. And can't get a timely appointment. Better to get an appointment with the NP than Dr. Miller.
Referrals, blood work never sent have to call several times to remind him. Takes more vacation than anyone I know. Can never get an appointment or someone to answer phones. Office ours are horrible. Opens at 10am closes at 4:00 Mon, Tues Thurs AND closed for 2 hour lunch and noon Wed. closed full day Friday. He apparently doesn't do rounds at hospital anymore so not sure why he can work a 40 hour work week like the rest of us . Wish there were more doctors here as I would switch in a heart beat.
Never get through on the phone, always rushes you through.
Kind and caring experience as a new patient. Took the time to listen to me and my medical history. Set up with 2 referrals before I left the office. Front desk staff and nurse friendly and efficient. It is difficult to get through on the phone at times, but what doctor office isn't?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
