Absolutely hate this clinic! It will take you three months to even see your primary doctor. It will take you an hour maybe two or never to see your doctor.

It seems to me the dentists are students and are always rushing to get things done. They forgot to tell me what to take after a root canal, it's a little less expensive than other places tho

I’ve been using this clinic for over 10 years. It’s really went downhill. It’s next to impossible to get somebody on the phone. The hold times are worse than calling the IRS. They need to do something to improve hold times. Another thing that bothers me about this clinic is the SSRI peddling. Any complaint and they want to just put you on an SSRI or send you to therapy. It’s been a constant issue for the last 3-5 years. Doesn’t matter what your issue is, they ask if you are interested in SSRI medication. I’m not depressed! I’m dealing with peri menopause, not depression. I do not want to be asked this question anymore. It’s a lazy way out of doing any real medical care. SSRI meds are not going to help me. I get upset every single time I’m asked this question. I didn’t come in for depression.

Lo que mas me gusta de este lugar es la doctora anika es maravillosa la mejor doctora que he conocido en Minnesota una lastima que ya no se encuentre trabajando mas para esta clinica sus pacientes la extrañaremos mucho , el resto del equipo medico no me gusta su actitud doy 0 estrellas para ello , pero la doctora la amo gracias

It was our 1st time there, my daughter's 15 year check up.. or caregiver was very easy to talk to, friendly, made us feel comfortable and shared a lot of information. Great experience, we found a new primary doctor, that we hope to create a great relationship
