Great staff, very knowledgeable and highly helpful. I trust my teeth to no one else!

Always pleasant atmosphere and Edlund and his staff are very good at what they do. It's a little farther to go for me but we'll worth it.

I went in, sat down in a dental chair that gave massages. Thought that was cool! The dental assistant took a bunch of X-rays. She was very pleasant and answered my questions. I told her about a back tooth that seemed to have a hole in it. I told her the exact tooth and she was able to see it with a dental mirror. She told me I might need a deep clean based on what she saw. Dr. McGraw came in and examined my teeth. She asked questions pertaining to medications and allergies. She was happy to answer any questions I had. She told the assistant a bunch of codes. The assistant told her about the back tooth and Dr. McGraw examined it and determined that a filling had dropped out. The Dr. Recommend a crown for my back tooth because my tooth had fractures in it. She gave me the option of replacing the filling or the crown. The crown would stabilize the whole tooth whereas the filing would only protect the one spot. Dr. said they would give an estimate of the crown to me. The estimate was not ready for me when I left but the administrative person said they would send it to me. Next I went to the dental hygienist who measured my gums in various places. She said my gums looked to have some periodontal disease and recommend a deep clean. For the deep clean you do two appts of 1.5 hours each. She scheduled them for me. This appt was in June and the deep clean appts were not until September which seemed like a long time to me. She was very nice and professional. Make sure you pee before you go to the appt. One major detractor about this place. They don't have a public bathroom. You have to go to the other end of the building to use the building's public bathroom. This was troublesome to me because I needed a bathroom quite soon. I was really surprised by this. I have bad knees and so I walk at a slower pace than most people. And I had taken my water pill in the morning so there was more urgency than normal. (I did not tell them about the water pill or my knees.) Next time I will skip the water pill until after the appt. I did make it to bathroom in time. This is why I gave the place 4 stars instead of 5.

Been going to Edlund for years excellent care and expertise!

Twice yearly teeth cleanings are the complete opposite of stressful. I have much better regular oral hygiene than I used to because my hygienist Pam and Dr. Edlund have never ever shamed or chastised me. I look forward to my visits.

Can't recommend them enough-- I initially chose them because they were close to my apartment and took my insurance, but Dr. McGraw and the whole staff have been amazing about helping to fix up a good 15 years of dental neglect, have repeatedly gone above and beyond, and have never once seemed put out by it! Recently had to schedule a last minute extraction for a tooth that was hurting me and they got me in same-day and when they had extra time at the end of the extraction, they went ahead and did some more work that was slated for a later appointment, which made my life so much easier in the long run. They've got a patient for life!

Getting a cavity filled and a crown replaced. Dr. McGraw and Daisy were kind and gentle, explaining what they did, thanks for making it the best it could be in the circumstances. I've been going to Edlund Dental since they started, highly recommend them.
