Dr Vang and her staff are amazing. Very helpful and extremely courteous. They have been a great at helping with my insurance questions and concerns as well. Today was my 4th appointment and as expected they really my visit go smoothly. Thank you to everyone at EDP.

I'm unsure of why a place is called EMERGENCY DENTAL PROFESSIONALS when they do not actually perform emergency dental services. I was told they do not do root canals or teeth extraction. So what DO you do?! I got a referral to see a specialist & when I first called, in MARCH, no one can see me til June. So I call back today in May & I'm told you guys never sent the referral or x-rays & I can't even schedule an appt until I get the referral sent. Appointment won't be until July, that is insane. So where do you go when you DO have a dental emergency? Not here! & no one answers the phone here! It just rings & rings & rings! I'm excited to see if you reply like you do with everyone else. Telling me to call you even though you don't answer the phone.

I went in to see emergency dental professionals about severe gum jaw and neck pain I was having. They took some X-rays and then the dr came in and told me I was fine my wisdom tooth was just coming in. She didn’t even look in my mouth for more than a second. I told her that I really was in a lot of pain even in my jaw into my head and asked if she thought it was infected because this was what I was worried about. She said it wasn’t infected and then wrote me a referral to get it taken out. She hardly talked to me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The next two days I was still in excruciating pain so I made an appointment with my orthodontist as this was the only other place that could see me right away and the dr took one look at it and said that it was severely infected and I needed to get the tooth out asap before the infection spread even more. Ended up needing to get my wisdom tooth pulled, root canal and had a huge cavity that I had to get another tooth taken out for as well that was causing more pain. I am at a loss for how the dr missed ALL of these problems going on but if you want to be heard and to be looked at properly don’t go here.
