This place is great. Amazing staff with tons of knowledge about all things eye and eyewear related. What sets them apart from my experiences at other optometry places is that they really care about you, whether you’re getting the cheapest glasses with state insurance or buying high end designer glasses, they treat all with true care and respect. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a great, personalized eye care and glasses/contact experience!

The folks here have been so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful - this includes the optometrist and Gabby and Madonna. I am more than delighted with the frames I have picked out! Highly recommend this place based on affordability and customer service.

From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted instantly , getting my eye exam Was an eye-opener.They have an amazing doctor, She asks questions and then allows you to answer, She does not talk over you like some other doctors do, she does amazing work and she gave me the perfect prescription. The opticians that they have at the establishment are amazing, You pick out the right eyewear because they’re not pushy and they give you choices and allow you to choose when picking up my glasses. Nothing but the best customer service. I love my glasses the prescription is amazing. And Teri, who is the owner of the establishment is an Amazing business owner. She runs a very well fine tuned business and She makes sure that everybody that walks through that door Is treated with the upmost respect no one is treated different In this establishment, I would recommend this place to anybody Because if you need eyewear or eyecare or a great eye exam or just wanna have a great conversation with someone helping you choose Your eyewear or when you’re getting an exam this is definitely the place If I could give it 12 stars, I would.

Amazing customer service. I have been going there since they opened. I recently made the mistake of going somewhere else and then went back to EAO and like magic fixed everything! Super awesome team!! Customer for life.

Has been one of the few places that I’ve been that has done the job the way I want it and they being friendly the couple in there are so friendly with customers and family members that comes in to treat you like a family member actually I’m 100% recommend it

The owner of this place is extremely rude and her boyfriend that works there. Has no idea what he's doing. I called there this morning as my warranty are. My lenses is through this small business. When she put my lenses in that I had ordered outside of her business. She cracked my lenses in the corner and would not abide by the warranty and was extremely rude. As in the past they made me come down there four times with different orders that her boyfriend had made mistakes on. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. Their super unprofessional!! I do not value your time as a customer.

Just got off the phone with Joe, he helped me add anti glare to my glasses after I ordered them & also put a rush on them so I can get them sooner than originally expected! He even listened while I whined about how expensive it was, without judging me Lol ! He was very helpful, patient, kind & easy to talk to. Excellent customer service Thankyou Joe - YOU ROCK !!
