I just had my first visit with Dr. Franco as a brand new patient and I could not possibly recommend her practice more highly. The dentist I’ve seen my entire life retired, and I’ve fallen behind on dental work mostly on account of how hard it is to get a new patient visit at most practices. As an old cavity eroded and turned into something occasionally spiking to 10/10 pain and needing a root canal ASAP, I was willing to see whatever dentist would see me the soonest. Dr. Franco’s office was able to schedule me within the same calendar month - and to actually consult with the Doctor about my acute issue, without having to come in for a cleaning and general checkup first. My expectation was to get some X-Rays, and told that I needed to schedule a root canal for God knows when. Recognizing the emergent situation for what it was, and much to my amazement, Dr. Franco asked if I had time to take care of it that same day! I gratefully agreed. During the procedure, her bedside manner was heartfelt and her procedural technique felt confident, thorough, and was as comfortable as one could reasonably hope for. Her assistant and the rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly, and professional. I was also impressed with the state-of-the-art technology in use throughout the procedure. Never thought I’d say it, but I’m actually looking forward to my next dental appointment. Thank you Dr. Franco!
