I recently had my yearly eye exam at the Edina location. I've been going there for years and expected a good experience as always. About half way through my exam the Dr decided to ask my thoughts on ICE and was obviously annoyed with my response. Very unprofessional to say the least and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Personal politics have no place in a business setting.

Excellent professional attention. Kelsey and Jana were warm and welcoming, listened carefully and provided expertise and a sense of design. The shop is bright and inviting and the selection of frames is top notch, extensive without being overwhelming. We compared options in the neighborhood and found InVision to be superlative. Eager to have a longstanding service-minded relationship.

I had a very disappointing experience at the InVision location in Edina and initially returned the frame. However, I liked the frame enough to give another location a chance, and that’s where Kat made all the difference. I called the store and openly shared what had happened at the Edina location. Kat was immediately attentive and determined to help. She arranged to have the frame shipped to her store right away, and within a few days, I had it in hand. Kat was professional, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. The way the frame was delivered was a complete contrast to my previous experience. Everything was included—the case, box, and proper packaging—unlike the Edina location, where I was given just the frame with nothing else. I was extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely return to work with Kat again. Thank you, Kat, for making this experience smooth and restoring my confidence in the store.

The optometrist was very thorough in explaining the condition of my eyes and what to watch out for.The staff are very helpful and nice.They have an extensive variety of eyewear and the quality of lenses are far superior to their places I have bought glasses.
