List of MIchael J. Grogan's Reviews
There’s a lot of positive about practice. He is a very caring person. It’s the organization that is the biggest issue. Days going by without the office calling the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions. And when I called the office to let them know I was going to see a different doctor. The receptionist told me that because I owed money,That he would have to see me in order to refill my prescription. That would’ve been nice to have known before I waited a week to get my prescription refilled. A lot of people are on medications that should not be stopped cold turkey. But this doctor in his office did not care about that.
DR Grogan acted crazy so I never went back.
Read prior statement from agregious -- amazing that you can vent here when you're in the wrong -- Dr Grogan was away from the office and I was present to help the staff during this time. The back up physicians saw 40+ patients/day except during the brief transition period. Your information about his illness is also 100% incorrect but alas HIPPA prevents us from discussing. The good news is Dr Grogan who is likely the best FP in Northern Kentucky is as healthy as ever and his practice is one of the best.
I chose Dr. Grogan because he is very thorough in getting to the bottom of my medical problems. He is genuine and compassionate, but doesn't always give me antibiotics when I expect that. Sometimes he gives me advice for relieving symptoms and preventing further problems. I give him credit for addressing his personal medical problems. While he was on leave, I was treated by an excellent physician who handled his patients. I recently went to the office and found that the practice is becoming more wholistic with medical massage, accupuncture and a chiropractor. I hope all medical doctors are open to wholisic approach because pills are not the only answer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
