So happy to have found this eye care clinic. For years I've struggled with dry eye and Dr. Haverly is the first to have success treating it. Very thankful. Nothing but the best experiences since I've been coming here. Dr Haverly and her staff are the best.
Unfortunately my experience with this clinic was extremely negative. My daughter's annual exam there was quick - much faster than her past annual exams at Allina and LensCrafters. I think that is because it was not as thorough. There is a measurement that is required for ordering glasses online that was not on the prescription. When I called to ask about getting that measurement, Kang said they don't do it as part of the annual eye exam and so there would be an additional fee. I asked to talk to Dr. Haverly about why it was not included if it is required information for ordering glasses, and she gave me completely different information than her staff did. She actually said "we did get that measurement during the exam, but looking at it, I don't think it can possibly be accurate." However, she stood by her policy that to come in and have it retaken accurately would incur a $25 fee "because her staff's time is valuable." So my and my daughter's time isn't valuable and we shouldn't expect to have the measurements taken accurately when we are there for a "comprehensive" annual exam? How is it okay to treat a patient like that? When I expressed anger and disagreement with this policy, Dr. Haverly told me that I was being "disrespectful" - even though I never raised my voice or used anything other than polite language. I find all of this to be despicable treatment from a healthcare provider - which I also am, and I can't imagine treating one of my patients like this. It feels money-grubbing and gross.

(PS - their dismissive response below doesn’t mention that they made it very clear that the call was finished and they had nothing more to say. Just because I didn’t say “goodbye” doesn’t mean I “hung up on them.” I hung up because the call was over.)
Good first experience. Had to wait a rather long time after arrival and after my appointment time to see the optometrist, but they were transparent about why that was when I finally did interact with them, which was appreciated. They're very clear about the billing which again is nice, and they have a way to pre-enter insurance information before the visit which is convenient. Felt like I was in good hands the whole time, felt like all my questions were clearly answered, and I felt like I was listened to. Recommend.
I found this practice from positive Google reviews and had my first appointment last week. The office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I saw Dr. Ben who was very kind and very knowledgeable. He easily answered all of my questions about my eye health, contact exam, prescription. Kang performed my initial assessment for Dr. Ben, and was very thorough. My experience at Prism was outstanding.
Had a piece of metal stuck in my eye and went in to get it removed. Dr. Haverly made time to see me outside of their regular business hours during the treatment to fit my schedule, she was very informative and caring. Thank you to Dr. Haverly and the team! Will highly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring eye care.
Dr. Haverly and the Prism staff are absolutely wonderful! Love having such a high quality eye care center so close to home.
Can’t imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Haverly is always informative and super helpful with any eye questions!
They were so helpful when I was having trouble with my contacts getting delivered, let me have a trial pair and were very communicative with me. Wonderful customer service!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
