This place is awful. I would never in a million years recommend this place. They make you stuff your face just to be in public for a maximum of 4 hours. Destress tolerance shouldn't be an answer for everything. They tried to tell me what my triggers were like I can't think for myself. And on the schedule it says there is an hour for school time which is legally required by law. And they only give 45 minutes tops. And Alex the therapist doesn't even know what she's talking about half the time. And opening people to new/fear foods is fine but taking away and demonizing safe and perfectly healthy foods is just down right wrong. And not to mention them going against things that literal schools teach you and scientists have literally proven to be true. This place of full of lies. They lie to the parents about what it's actually like in there, they make it seem like it's the best place in the world and that their child is in good hands when in reality you can hardly ever get a moment to yourself. And not to mention the whole micro restriction thing, drinking ranch is not normative by any means. And everything is a mess, the couches have stains on them the showers have hairballs and pimple patches everywhere, toilets are broken. Do not send your children here unless you want them to be even more traumatized than they were going in.

This place was absolutely terrible. I was here in August through October and sure, it helped me with eating, but I got serious behevour issues. The staff there were so rude, they didn't care about your ED, only how you acted. You have no freedom, they banned so many words that make no sense. You couldn't say 'boy' because apperntly it was racist. The only thing keeping me sane was the clients, and even then they said I was forming clicks if I tried to talk to clients, and said I was leaving others out. There was staff that were so unhelpful during meals such as, Ash, David, and Adam. You know who you are. They made you lick your plates clean and if you didn't, well they give you a full cup of supplement, even if you had one bite left. Please find other ways to help your kids that isn't this place it was the most truamtiac experience for me I don't think I'll ever be able to forget it.

Majority of the reviews are one star and Its very fitting it's been over 2 years and I'm still processing everything I endured while being here this place does not help with eating disorders but will give you trauma they punish people for having a eating disorder I've never felt more dehumanized than when I stayed here.

this place was actual hell- i was here a year ago and i have friends from here and they're all traumatized. ive heard only bad things about this place. you get marked as not eating enough when you don't finish a sauce. they feed you until you throw-up than feed you more. this place triggered me so badly back into my binge eating disorder by making us lick our plates clean and now i'm struggling with trauma along with another eating disorder. mind you after i left my organs failed from my ed. please listen to me and don't send your kids here, i know i seem dramatic but trust me they will suffer everyday.

This review is for the AWH St. Paul adult residential location. I was not treated with dignity or respect while a patient at AWH in 2024. Looking back, I see effort from some staff and a glaringly obvious disrespect from others (largely poorly and undertrained BHTs). I almost died from AN, and they sent me home with no transition of care and without notice. Staff were not truthful why they discharged me which made me feel worthless, to this day. Why wasn't I worth being told honestly? That hurts. Said it was my dog, but my records I requested indicate it was due to undiagnosed autism. I couldn't get "along" in a community like AWH, the notes explained. I was at the peak of my anorexia and they threw me out like trash, because I'm different. But blamed my dog so it was easy for them to get away with (my ESA while there). And as a side note, terrible care of the AWH facility. Had multiple issues with mold, laundry facilities, and dust. Just overall an ick experience that contributed to my diagnosis of c-PTSD. Now I'm doing trauma work to try to heal from being at the AWH. I also got a related tattoo to try to heal from some of the anguish. And yes, I still have anorexia, so thanks AWH for not only giving me trauma but also leaving me to rot with a deadly illness! You're the GOAT!Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had such a positive experience. Dr Tamborello, Sarah, Thao and Violetta were so nice and supportive. I hadn’t been to a dentist for quite some time and was embarrassed, but the entire staff were amazing and never made me feel bad ever. Over the course of 3 visits I got my teeth back up to par and have now found my primary care dentist! So many thanks to the entire staff. If you haven’t been to the dentist for a very long time and are hesitant about it, go to this office. They all will make you feel so welcome.

Great staff and a welcoming environment at Tamborello Dental & Houston Sleep Associates! From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was incredibly friendly and accommodating--they really set the tone for the whole visit. My teeth feel the best they've ever felt. The care and professionalism from start to finish were top-notch. Highly recommend!

From the first moment walking in the door, I knew this was unlike the previous dental offices I had ever been in. Brandi greeted me at the desk, listened, answered my questions and got an appointment for my sister the following day with Dr. Holly Boon. Brandi has stayed with us through the process, and offers kind and thoughtful support. Really the entire office has offered the greatest support and care anyone could ask for. My sister had a poor experience and shocking treatment with another practice. Dr. Boon took great care getting her through a rough time. She is thoughtful, kind and incredibly skilled. She has given my sister incredible support and an absolutely beautiful smile. Life changing.
