My eating disorder has mostly been in remission since I did intensive outpatient treatment. My therapist is from Emily Program and she has been on leave for a family emergency since July, probably through December. This has affected me negatively as I tried to overdose, but it didn't work
First place that I feel like they are supporting me as a person and not who I'm supposed to be.
I'm very impressed with the care Ive received from the program. The staff are very knowledgeable and supportive.
Horrific this place over feeds and doesn't allow clients to speak while I was here my therapist Alex was horrible she new nothing and made me feel like absolute garbage she made told me I was to focused on family drama then fixing my self Sophia is and Jazz are the absolute best workers there they helped me and were the only ones to help me a nurse looked at my arm made a nasty face and was completely rude most staff are very rude and incompetent
I'd give no stars if I could. This refers to the adolescent residential program. PLEASE, find another program. When you voice your concerns, they are dismissed. Forget trying to line up with a different therapist for a better personality fit- it won't happen. We never felt heard. What a waste of time! Once I finally understood I was being misled and therapy was essentially only talking about meal plan compliance and weight- not addressing root cause AT ALL for MONTHS, I couldn't wait for discharge so we could find something else. The adult program was OK - I went through that myself so I believed that the adolescent program was going to be similar... but it turns out it wasn't. I regret trusting them for the adolescent program. Say NO to all adolescent programs. Even the intensive day program wasn't great.
I have been working with the Emily Program for eight years and I know that the care can really depend on how lucky you are to get their best staff. When you do, this is an exceptional useful program. I have been in remission for several years now. It took me six months of intensive outpatient treatment to finally stop binging. I have been very fortunate to have great providers for the most part. There is still a bias towards anorexia and bulimia in the ED treatment world, and I truly disliked the forced time together where one woman was allowed to imply that "some of us were clearly responsible for our eating issues." But I have met wonderful friends here. I wish these services were available to everyone who needs them in this country. My therapist really keeps me going now.
The IOP program with Amy and Jenny is amazing! They share a wealth of knowledge in a comfortable, upbeat, encouraging, and supportive manner. I feel extremely lucky to be able to participate in the Emily Program. Thank you so much for the work you do!
Haven’t followed up with call that my contacts have arrived. I have to check. Communication is great if they want you to come in and spend money!
The Emily Program saved my life. I'm eternally grateful for the support and dedication that my care team showed me! The staff are all world class. I have never felt more valued as a human being before, which is a gift the staff provide. That gift is so important as self esteem and body dissatisfaction often coincide with EDs. I will always recommend this location's IDP and IOP to anyone struggling with food-related concerns.
If you're looking for a stress and drama-free optometry experience, take your business elsewhere. The provider I saw last year was excellent, but the office staff made mistakes that required multiple phone calls and visits to get a prescription - complete amateur hour. I scheduled an appointment for this year, but received a text a few days ago saying that because I hadn't confirmed (they did not contact me asking to confirm) that they were canceling my appointment. Then I started getting regular texts asking me to schedule again. The provider I saw last year left this location to work elsewhere, and I've taken my business elsewhere as well. Response to owner: Your response is exactly why I have taken my business elsewhere. I'm not interested in wasting more time working with your management to fix issues that if your practice was properly managed wouldn't be a problem in the first place. It's not my job to fix your poor management, particularly when there are PLENTY of other better managed practices in the area.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
