Amazing, friendly and efficient!
The staff were so kind and helpful. Thahn was a joy to work with!
Dr. Wallerich is fantastic. He caught an issue that St. Paul Eye missed and gave me a thorough exam and updated prescription. I highly recommend Dr. Wallerich and will continue to see him for my eye exams going forward. Five stars!
The Doctor and the tema are fantastic!
He's an efficient provider but still delivers a comprehensive exam. All minds were clear when I left his office which, unfortunately, is not a feeling one always gets when leaving a medical provider's office. So, thank you very much!
Amazing treatment by all staff here! Dr. Wallerich was esepcially kind and caring start to finish! Highly rated for a reason!
Very knowledgeable and engaging. Doesn't over-prescribe or under-prescribe.
I am extremely disappointed and angry with the misrepresentation and misleading information I was given by your employee regarding my insurance coverage. I was led to believe that I would receive an eye exam and glasses that were included with my insurance, fully covered. Essentially I was lied to about my glasses being covered and now your office will profit by giving me false information. I despise liars, shysters, and thieves. You should be ashamed of the office you operate that is intentionally misleading patients. I will be reporting these situations with everyone that is concerned. The Minnesota Board of Optometry the Attorney General’s Office, and the Department of Justice are also being notified of the unethical practices I have experienced at your Saint Paul location. Response from the owner 2 hours ago We apologize for any inconvenience or misconceptions that you may have had. Your visit was booked online without any insurance information provided on your behalf at the time of booking. To help, our office reached out to retrieve insurance information to determine whether the examination would be covered. When asked whether glasses are covered during the examination, the office explained that we are not in-network under the policy. In this circumstance, our office did go above and beyond to help; however, we are not in control of patients' glasses coverage. Simply not true. You did not provide any information or service regarding my situation. LIAR!!!
I had a similar experience to Brandon Sullivan a few posts below. I have astigmatism and the multifocal contacts Dr Wallerich prescribed to me are -3.50 for my left eye and -4.25 for my right eye. I am 59 years old and have seen many different eye drs over my lifetime and my script has always been between -5.50 and -.625 for distance. Dr Wallerich told me every doctor I have ever seen before him over those 46 years was wrong and my contacts were too strong. However, I could SEE out of those contacts. I can't see a thing distance-wise with a -3.50 for distance (the -4.25 isnt great but I can see some distance). I wont bother to order glasses with the script he gave me as I dont want to pay since everything is so wrong. It's very dangerous for me to drive at night like this so I try to limit that as much as I can. Which really sucks now that it gets dark at 4PM. The office staff aren't great at answering emails for questions. I'm waiting my time out til I can go to a new Dr in January when my vision insurance resets. I wasn't going to post a review but when I saw there were other, recent, reviews stating others also were given prescriptions they cant see out of and the Dr gave the same story about everybody else being wrong and arguing instead of making it right - I decided that I would go ahead. Dr Wallerich, you can be very nice. I hope you decide to listen to some of these recent reviews and try to figure out what is going wrong. Thank you.
A lot of energy, a lot of motion, a lot of fun, a lot of high-fiving, a lot of smiles.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
