I live very close to the dental office but include reading the reviews and I’ll admit, the reviews match up with the service I received. The energy in the facility is very positive and peaceful (from the front desk to getting back into a chair). Dr. Hughes is AMAZING!! She’s very professional but also very personable. As well as her assistant, Andrea — so sweet and personable. She made me feel very comfortable while doing my x-ray exam. It did not feel like I went to a dental office, AT ALL. I was given very important information regarding my dental health while not feeling ashamed or having so much anxiety of what to expect. I am so glad I came in and look forward to my ongoing care here at West 7th Dental! I 10/10 recommend!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I felt cared for and heard while also learning a bit about how this grill has been holding up as I age. It didn’t hurt that I got to watch Seinfeld on the ceiling while they poked and flossed. 6 stars.

While lots of dentists can provide a routine cleaning West 7th Dental goes above and beyond with thoughtful and comforting touches throughout the appointment. They have consistent delivered a standout, spa like, appointment. Head and shoulders above other experiences I’ve had elsewhere.

Y’all, the reviews aren’t exaggerated - these guys are incredible. As someone who grew up in poverty and was never able to afford going to the dentist, this was my first appointment. Even though I do have to see a specialist to get my problem tooth done, they were able to give me a full examination and a comprehensive treatment plan to bring my mouth back to health. Rachel, the Office Manager, and Dr. Iburg are absolutely top notch. I went from having a severe phobia of of the dentist (with a 200+ blood pressure reading, if that tells you how scared I was), to coming out of the back room laughing. They went over my options, gave me prices, and even had my insurance all done by the time I came back to the front. I never thought I’d say it, but I really look forward to coming back. Trust me, if I can do it, you can. My 30s are soon approaching, and I’m looking forward to working with the wonderful folks here to put my health into tip top shape! Thank y’all so much!!
