Don’t bring your children here, very unprofessional and very rude

Bad customer service! Extremely rude and scamming people by adding more things without acknowledging the customer wouldn't recommend it

Such poor customer service and attitude. When I mentioned to the attending that my child wasn't reacting well, she was extremely rude about it instead of adjusting and trying to help a child with his discomfort. Would never come here myself or bring my child. . . I wouldn't bring in a house rat to get treated here.

Closest place to my house been there a few times now they say there full and won't see me no more because I didn't come often enough during covid. I'll remove the review if they ever decide to see me again other wise screw them .

Note: I was recommended to this dentist by my insurance provider. If only here was a - star Horrible place! Had to “ call back” in two weeks as they requested me to…. Only to sit on hold for 20 minutes then find out they don’t have any appointments open this month and I couldn’t schedule for the future because they do t have their “ future scheduling” appointments open at this time. Absolutely the WORST customer service/ scheduling I’ve ever experienced. So glad I read the reviews before I actually got an appointment ….. I will look for a dentist elsewhere….. scary!!!

First of all they are a horse s*** company because when I tried to call to make an appointment they don't answer I've stayed on the line for almost 2 hours still no answer just to make an appointment second of all the last time I was there years ago so called dentist put the novocating in and immediately started to pull my tooth which you know again was not set in so I would never recommend this dentist to anybody

I've gone here for fifteen years, and in the past year I've been subjected to abusive behavior from the dental hygienist staff person who was to provide teeth cleaning. She refused, claiming she required a letter from a doctor stating that I was receiving medical care for what she felt was overly high blood pressure. In reality, her increasingly abusive behavior caused stress that resulted in slightly elevated blood pressure, but my doctor calls this "white coat phenomena" and says I have no need for medication. Last Spring the dental hygienist was permitted to refuse me service, and this morning, I was called and told I was again refused care by her despite having brought a letter (that she had no right to demand in the first place) from my doctor. This place is poorly run. The dental hygienist is an English as a Second Language immigrant, and does not understand how rude her behavior is and the management did not bother to explain this to her but instead allows her to continue to carry on her rude and inappropriate behavior. Dental hygienists are not medical doctors and should not be invading patient privacy by demanding to be involved in medical decisions that they are unqualified to comment on. It is stressful and traumatic to be subjected to abusive behavior at the hands of poorly trained dental hygiene professionals that do not understand basic human decency and the difference between right and wrong behavior.

i was not even given an examination. the doctor tried to perscribe mouthwash for me and said it would be a bandaid. i asked her in explicit terms "where can i go to seek help" and she said she didnt know how booked out they were and to call my insurance and see where it was accepted. I am let down.

I made the mistake of being ten minutes late, though I had my paperwork all filled out. I have never been turned away from dental or doctor for being late, which is to say that it was outside of my expectations. I was going down there to likely get a tooth extraction before the weekend. I would like to recommend that patients are told that if they are late that they may lose their appointment, especially for tooth pain.
