Dr. Goddard neglected to indicate I was getting 2 procedures in each eye. On the Order For Pre-operative Physical he only indicated one surgery. I contracted a serious eye infection & serious health problems after surgeries.

I had a very positive eye exam at Associated Eye in Stillwater. My ophthalmologist was Adam Goddard who was very informative about my results.

Dr. Goddard was extremely professional and did a great job with the laser procedure to remove haziness from an eye following cataract surgery from a different provider. He was extremely thorough. He was not rushed and took time to determine the problem.

My first appointment with Dr. Goddard was in early January 2916. We talked about the need of cataract surgery, which was scheduled for January 18th and February 1st 2016. Yesterday I had my appointment with Dr. Goddard, and got my prescription for sunglasses/ reading glasses. I have been a patient at Associated Eye for many years, but am thankful for the great service I received from Dr. Goddard and his caring staff.
