Ocean Dental's Online Review Report Card

I bring my daughter and my son in and have a regular cleaning for every 6mo and I waiting outside I could believe less than 5 mins my kuds said all done and i ask my kids they ssid all the dentist just brush them teeth that is and we have a appointment for another 6 month still same service it was wasted iur time to appointment a dentist and just got in have some one brush ur teeth thus is horrible service i seen in my life for a dentist like ocean dental

I scheduled my son an appointment here and it turned out he needed to get some dental work done so he had to be referred to war acres in Oklahoma City well he had to be put under anesthesia to get dental work done which already brings a concern to me well the day before my appointment we had a ice storm in and the roads are very very slick.! So I called warrvacres and told Jennifer my concern and proceeds to get very irritated that I was calling the day before his appointment. Which I understand it’s the day before but I can’t help that I’m an hour away and there’s an ice storm and it’s very dangerous to drive on I 35! Well let’s just say the phone call ended badly and now I’m leaving a bad review because they were very unprofessional and they literally wanted me to drive an hour and a half away in the early morning when the roads were slick! Also I called Ocean dental and told them what happened and didn’t seem like they really cared much so looks like we’re going somewhere else!

They spent maybe 10 minutes actually cleaning my teeth. Least thorough cleaning I have ever gotten, I get one a year so that’s my one I guess.

It is impossible to make everyone happy, all the time. I did have an issue here, but when I reached out, it was handled with kindness & professionalism. On my next visit, I was treated with care & kindness. Who could ask for more from anyone? Thank you, Robin & Dr. Parsi.

Best dentist by far! All of my family has been involved with Ocean Dental since my eldest whom will be 20 this year was old enough to go. My now 14 yr old still attends! All of my niece's & nephew's as well. Plus when I take my now 5 & 6 yr. Niece's they are excited to go to the DENTIST! Wow! A practice finally got it right! Thanks Ocean Dental! WORST SHOT EVER!!!!!!The rooms are all open which was really uncomfortable you could here the drills and even other patients talking. I came when they were about to close and I heard them saying “The doctor said we can do it but we have to hurry hurry”. I have heard hurry hurry jobs before and they are terrible the dentist was terrible he didn’t shake my hand or even mention his presence. THIS WAS THE MOST PAINFUL SHOT EVER. I have gotten 5 fillings and 3 teeth pulled to I do know. Do your self a favor and go to Stillwater dental office.

i went for an appointment today. was supposed to be exam xrays and cleaning. they said i needed a deep cleaning bc it had been so long and that i would have to pay out of pocket $62. my insurance covers a regular cleaning but they wouldnt do it. i also need other dental work done and insurance would pay for part and hygenist explained i would have to pay almost $200. ok fine. then started adding other stuff i would have to pay. i told her all im hearing is more money more money. she said u dont need to get mad at me and i told her i wasnt and she said well im getting offended. that was it. i was done. i told her i will go someplace else that i wasnt dealing with a snow flake. i said nothing til then that was remotely offensive and that was ridiculous. my family will not be going there again.

The dental hygienist was amazing and so good with my daughter. However my other children had an appointment on the same day and they had a different hygienist who was horrible. She should not be working with kids. She had no flexibility with children and their personalities. But she is the only one like that there. So one out of many is not bad.

Everyone was very compassionate and treated me great. The hygienist was exceptionally awesome. She worked me in in her spare time.

I absolutely love Robin. She is such a people person. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t make the dentist a dreaded place to go. I look forward to my cleanings because of her and her personality, not to mention the amazing job she does.
