I went to Dr. Read and she was probably the best doctor I have ever been to. She was very understanding and helped me more than any doctor I have ever been to, I was truly saddened when she had left the Jacksonville area. I would be willing to drive many hours to go back to her again. She was the most thorough doctor I have ever been to.

Went to Dr. Read a couple years ago, only saw her 1 time and never returned due to her sarcastic remarks when I asked a question(s) concerning my health at that time.

Went to her office 1/18 and that evening was very ill. Coughed all weekend, feverish, etc. Could not get in with her. Used patient portal. Was sent some cough medicine. Finally, got an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. She did more for me than ever. Flu test-negative, cough syrup, antibiotic, steroids which made me feel better. The coughing has caused terrible pains in my pelvic and groin area due to prior inflammation there that Dr. Reed has yet to address. 1/28 still no answers

Referred parents to Dr. Abreu Read and JULIE was OUTSTANDING getting my parents registered as NEW PATIENTS!!! Took ALL the time with me to ensure they were registered CORRECTLY and ALL was in ORDER!!! The MOST EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I have ever received at a DR's OFFICE!!! Not transferred or advised to CALL back with the necessary information - OUTSTANDING service! WE MISS you - Dr. Abreu Read!! The Garofalo's from Jacksonville, FL.

I am very impressed with Dr. Reid especially because she’s the only physician that I’ve known that actually took me off of a medication instead of putting me on one.
