List of Susan Schloff's Reviews
Recently had strabismus surgery done with Dr. Schloff at High Point Surgery Center. She did an excellent job pre surgery explaining my options and talking me through the surgical procedure. I’d had this surgery performed as a child and wasn’t sure I wanted to go through it all again but I’m so glad I did. My alignment is already better than it was before my surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. Definitely recommend consulting with Dr. Schloff for adult eye procedures.
Very talented Doctor. My surgery went really well she also treat other people with respect. I am blessed to have this doctor.
I was referred to Dr Schloff by my local doctor after years of wandering eye. I was so happy to meet her. Dr Schloff answered all my questions and made me comfortable. I was anxious to have surgery and am so glad I decided to go ahead. My eyes are straight for the first time in years. Thank you, Dr Schloff
Happy to have been referred for eye surgery. She explained what to expect and put me at ease.
My 2.5 year old son had an appointment with Dr. Schloff. She was rude, dismissive, and does NOT know how to interact with children. I am shocked that she is in pediatrics. She was also very rude and belittling towards her assistant Madison.
I took my 22 month old son whom has a brain tumor to Dr. Schloff and she was extremely dismissive and decided that she would make her own time line on the progression of his symptoms. Her interactions with him where terrible, I honestly don't think that she regularly interacts with patients as young as him. She missed huge signs on why he leans his head and looks out the corner of his eye instead of straight ahead. She even popped a zit on her shoulder during our appointment.

We were referred to Dr. Schloff for our daughters eye. We ended up needed needing a 9 hour commute to get there in February and again in August for surgery. She was very nice, can tell she loves children. Very professional and keeps you well informed. My 3 year old daughter was scared, so we told her Dr. Schloff was super girl and was going to fix her eye. Dr.Schloff role played along and refereed to herself as supergirl, she even wore a red shirt and a "cape" to the surgical center. We love her
we don't like Dr.schloff. We went to see schloff because our peadiatrician recommended her for my daughter's astigmatism. She didn't even care to spend atleast five minutes with us and suggested strabismus surgery. We went to mayo clinic for the second opinion and came to know that surgery is not required for her age and can be treated with the eye patch.we don't recommend her to anyone.Looking for options to change the doctor.
Dr. Schloff saw our son after he was hit in the eye with a softball in a tournament. He had no vision and had blood in the eye. She helped us figure out where to go for a special scan, watched him through the first weeks after the injury and kept a close eye on him. We were not sure if his vision would come back but it has. He's now on his way to college. We will never go anywhere else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
