Go elsewhere. The wait is long for no apparent reason. A lot of chatter at the back but no one is working. The lady at the front was nice she tried her best to get me out quickly considering I was the only person there for 20 mins before closing and I was there until 10 mins after closing for a drug screen!

It was crowded when I got there, but the staff got me in and got my exam and tests done fairly quick. Everybody there was courteous and professional.

Currently sitting here. It's been an hour for a Urine specimin. Still waiting. This is for a job. I should have read the reviews, but who does that. Please beware. If you have other options take them otherwise you will literally be here forever. The previous post are correct. I sit listening to the front desk and these people have no idea what's going and sounds like they are in the process of messing up more paperwork. This place is like the show Office for diagnostic places. Almost comical if I didn't have to be so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience here did not take long for a pre-employment drug screening, however, my employer did not receive my report until 12 days later (6 business days, not including Labor day). It pushed back my start date and on-boarding process. I called to ask for a status of my screening on four different occasions but left voicemails because no one answered. I never received a call back… I’d suggest that you ask your employer to use a different agency to get your screening completed.

I'm here to take a pre-employment drug screen... been waiting hor over an hour and a half to pee in a cup. Not the biggest deal but I called as soon as they opened to schedule an appointment and was told I didn't need to do that. Well as a professional I have things that need to be done yet there is 0 regard for that by the staff here. Completely unprofessional and waste of what's looking like 3 hour wait. I cannot stress enough USE OTHER OPTIONS.
