I give this Dr a one only because the person giving me my hearing test was good. I went in because of tinnitus. He looked in both ears and said that there was nothing unusual. Proceeded to tell me that “I am in good company” A lot of people suffer from ringing of the ears. And basically said there is nothing that he could do for me. Seriously? He didn’t even look in my nose and see if maybe some blockage in my sinuses could be adding pressure to my ears? As a new patient I have never felt so rushed and my problem being dismissed as nothing. His nurse than gave me a copy of my hearing test and a brochure for TMJ. What? This doctor is a joke and out for the dollars as far as I’m concerned. Reading his info I was impressed and that he was a younger doctor that he would be a bit more willing to try some options. I cannot believe that there is NOTHING I could have tried.

I highly recommend Dr. Hopfenspirger. I saw him today for a vocal cord analysis. I was very worried about having the exam done. Actually I was extremely worked up about having the exam. Dr. Hopfenspirger explained the procedure and assured me it would not be so bad. He was understanding, as was his nurse, and before I knew it the exam was over. Everything he told e about the exam was completely true. It wasn’t painful. The memory of having an NG tube placed many years ago I was sure this was going to be an awful, painful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hopfenspirger.

Dr. Hopfenspirger showed no regard for my well-being in any of my appointments, or even on the day of the surgery. Should I ever need an ENT doctor again, I will be finding someone new.

Spent more time filling out paperwork then being seen by the doctor. After suffering with nasal congestion for over a year here's what I got: My weight, pulse and blood pressure checked by a nurse. Then a visit from the doctor. He sprayed some afrin up my nose, took a look, and said surgery MAY help. The reason I'm upset: he didn't seem concerned about how I felt and didn't seem interested in helping me. I honestly felt like he didn't believe me. I would not recommend to anyone.

I was seen by Dr. Hopfenspirger at the Med Ctr on 111 Hundertmark in Chaska. I am giving him and his staff 5 stars. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and very helpful; from the receptionist (I regret I didn't get her name) to the nurse and doctor. All of my questions were answered. Dr Hopfenspirger took time to show me a diagram of the sinuses and nasal passages and explained the problem. I will certainly recommend him to others needing an ENT doctor.
