I was assigned Dr Nguyen through LA Care. I attempted to call to set up an appointment for my 5 month old 8 times, left messages with my contact information and never received a call back. Today I called again to set up care/a well baby appointment and called 5 times until the receptionist finally picked up. She was very rude and short with me, I asked if I could set up an appointment for my infant daughter, she asked what insurance I had, when I gave the information she told me "through medi-cal? Yeah we aren't accepting anymore of you people" and hung up the phone on me. So I guess on top of having a useless reception desk they are also very openly classist and discriminatory. I called my insurance right away and switched doctors. I cannot believe that this office is in business

I can't thank enough Dr Nguyen for his excellent service. His follow up , his care , his explanation was excellent. He put two stints for me on Friday. Did an amazing job. I am so thankful for him and his skills and the entire team in the cardiac unit at memorial care. He is the best cardiologist . So thankful for my PCP Dr Panahi for referring me to doctor Nguyen.

This practitioner should qyit. He is rude to patients, has no empathy and refuses to answer questions. His idea of a perfect visit is to read bloodwork results, and tell you to leave. I have watched him treat an elderly family member like this for 5 years, and have finally fired him. He asked 'do you have questions? Then just stared when she asked him a question. Never did answer her and finally left when I said he's not going to answer you... This man is so rude
