List of James Andrews's Reviews
Dr Andrew has a very kind and caring bedside manner. He is professional when it comes to the juvederm, and Botox injections .You get your money worth from Dr andrews.
I went to Dr Andrews as my primary care physician for a couple years. When I hurt my back, he said I need an MRI. He filled out the request, and said for me to call to schedule it. The insurance company denied it,(sop), and said the doctor needed to do a peer to peer review before they would reconsider the denial. I went into his office, (you'll never get anyone on the phone), and explained that to him. He got very upset, insisting he didn't order the MRI yet, but now felt I needed it. Over the next 2 weeks I tried to get a hold of him, so he could call the insurance company, which didn't happen. I paid for the MRI myself. 2 partially herniated discs in my lower back. The doctor didn't help me when I needed it most.Needless to say, I didn't go back. Good luck if you decide to go to him.
Great doctor. Great staff. I have Kaiser but it is a pain. Dealing with Dr Andrews is quick and convenient. He has done more to help people lose weight than all the doctors at kaiser who do nothing but shake their heads and tell you take their classes. What a bunch of BS. Dr Andrews has many different methods and depending on what works best for you and what you can afford he makes recommendations. THIS NUMBER is all you need to lose weight. P.S. Renee is awesome but she does not suffer fools. Be nice to her and she is nice to you.
Would give 0 stars if I could. It's abundantly clear this office exists for money and not patient health. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the doctor is rude, condescending and unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone.
I entered the office and was immediately greeted with a rude, arrogant and non professional attitude. I will never step foot in there again. Stay away.
I just went online to get Dr. Andrews' FAX number. I did not get the FAX number, but I did some of the reviews. I could not believe what I read!!! Some of the reviewers must have been paid to write some negative.comments!! My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Andrews for many, many years and we hold him in the most highest regard. He is a highly professional medical provider who is well-equipped to diagnose and resolve medical issues, as well as a friend. I have no idea of why some reviewers would say what I read. As far as his staff is concerned, I have nothing but good things to say about them. You just could not ask for a finer medical group. Too bad the negative reviewers will never get the chance to be treated by Dr. Andrews. Your loss just means more time for me and my wife to spend in the care of a great physician; Dr. James L. Andrews.
Wow Holy Guacamole! That was fast. Sorry I spelled identical wrong.. I stand corrected. My justification for responding to all this ridiculousness is that she is dissing some of the people I know to be opposite of her claims and who have been very kind to me, very professional, and treated me well. So you decide...
Reading reviews below are funny. People are entitled to their opinion and based on how we are treated by the office. As some may have had a good experience I myself did not. Every statement I made was 100 percent accurate. If someone wants to read my review and notice I was not attacking anyone from the office but just stating the facts on what has happened to me. Nothing was exaggerated, the man answering the phone literally hung up on me when I asked a simple question. When I called back he started yelling at me without me raising my voice at all. Plain and simple just rude. And that was not the only time that he was rude while I was calling the office. Even a staff member in the office has said he is rude on the phone. So that tells me I'm not wrong in my statements. So keep your own opinions to your own review and don't bash anyone else's that has had a bad experience. It seems really funny to me when people write reviews and try to make other peoples reviews seem like lies. Also I have to laugh at a reviewer stating that the reviews below are possibly initiated by ! reviewer cause the themes are the same. Maybe that actually means we are ALL correct in what are experiences were with the same rude man answering the phone. Have you ever thought of that? I'm sure the people reading these reviews are smart enough to notice the same theme here in what we have experienced is actually true. Also if a reviewer is going to try and insult other reviewers and saying "as the themes are almost identicle and the misspellings are similar as well" you might want to learn how to spell IDENTICAL yourself before trying to insult other. That's actually extremely funny to me. LOL!! Maybe your reviews aren't the accurate ones. Who am I or anyone else to say otherwise.
I will continue to rave about Dr Andrews because he is one of the nicest doctors, but with his assistance he has helped me each time after I gave birth to my kids. The office is a small one and you will always have Renee who is not only kind, but a very sweet person. Just come in and meet with them and it truly is a very nice experience.
I want to let the public know that I am a real patient of Dr. Andrews. I was recently cyber stalked by one of the 1 star reviewers reviewers below and I finally had to block her from further contact. And when I would not be convinced by her justifications for her review, she started calling me names and outright accused me of sleeping with the doctor or being married to staff! You just have to take some reviews with a grain of salt. It is wise to never trust any review that is an attack based solely on personality. In general it is a good idea to read ALL the reviews, even the hidden ones and just plain disregard any inflammatory reviews not based on facts and only on emotion. If the party(ies) responsible for the bad reviews below were true to their statements there would have been no need to reach and try to convince, then turn and attack a fellow YELPER.In addition it seems possible that several of the reviews below are initiated by one reviewer,as the themes are almost identical and the misspellings are similar as well.I would like to address the personal attack on Renee in particular. Renee is quite literally one of the sweetest people on the planet. I have never heard her say one unkind thing to anyone, nor even have a small tweak of anger in her voice her voice or demeanor.Renee also is a master of shot giving.. her technique is perfect you will never feel the needle.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
