Dr Hayes , was the worst experience I've ever had. I've never have walked out of an appointment. My daughter is extremely sick from Mexico and I was told from CDC and emergency dept to get checked out to make sure I don't have something that needs to be treated in my body or contagious to others. She was rude, talked me like I was stupid and minimized the issue. I would not want anyone with a concern for there health to deal with her.

Go to any other er. They try to charge $900 to be seen by a doctor for about 5 minutes.

Receiving bills and spam mail that belongs to my x-wife. I have complained several times about this problem over the years. They need to red flag so I'm not held responsible for the bills, as far as the spam mail goes, It's harassment at its finest. Fix it a*******! Visited the emergency room on 9/13/2022 to have a syst drained. The p.a.c. did an excellent job, but the two nurses weren't professional. The nurses were acting childish when they seen how gross the syst was (the things they were saying could cause a nervous breakdown in certain individuals. The one particular nurse didn't even know what tape to use when dressing the wound. That same nurse took my vial of insulin to scan into the computer for billing purposes. I wasn't even being seen for a diabetic reason. This proves she didn't even read the vial. This particular nurse needs to be supervised closer before she gives somebody a medication and kills them. Look out!!

My experience at this clinic was awful. I checked in, gave them all the required information and they told me which waiting room to sit in. To make a long story short, I waited almost an hour for my appointment to find out there was no order attached. It was explained to me that the department saw my name on the schedule, but they didn't know why I was there and didn't ask even though I was checked in. This routine procedure usually takes 20 minutes. Had I not inquired after 50 minutes, I may still be sitting there waiting for my appointment.

Dr Troy Benson was incredible. Took us early and explained everything well. Very courteous and easy to understand. I highly recommend him.

Honestly, what good is urgent care if they are not open on the weekends. Makes the saying true. This is only a bandaid clinic.
