Dr. Chinwuba has incredible bedside manner that’s hard to find. Every visit feels so much more personable than any other Dr appointment I’ve ever had. Her exams are very in depth and she explains everything well afterwards. Also, even though the wait times in clinic are short, she takes her time in the exam room with you.

The clinic was having issues with the internet, and I know they were behind schedule. Unfortunately I was in the office over 2 hours, and only clocked 5 minutes with the Dr. Again, I acknowledge they were behind, but I was a new patient and felt like I was a rushed task to get through. I wasn't asked if I had any questions, so I really had to assert myself to try to get more information. I left with new treatment instructions, which were unclear, and a lack of confidence. I was very excited to see this provider based on recommendations, but the expectations really fell flat today.

Very thorough and took time to explain the new findings with my eyes as well as the time to answer my questions. This was my first time seeing Dr. Chinwuba and I will make future appointments with her.

Not very good I have been in multiple times for the same issue and she gives me the same medication every time tells me to come back in two weeks when I see her again my eyes look good tells me to stop using the drops a month later same issue same answer more drops never dose anything to figure out why this is happening. Last time I was in she blamed it on me for not continuing to come back every two weeks, seems like a money grab
