I have been going to Dakota Eye care since I was in 2nd grade, I am now in my 40s and have never had an issue! Staff is wonderful, glasses are good quality and the Doctors are knowledgeable! They don’t just sell glasses/ contacts, they actually care about your eye health. Highly recommend for your eye care needs!!

Excellent response - called at 11:45am for an ASAP appointment with the doctor and was offered a 1pm appointment! Could not swing that time and was offered a 3:50pm appointment!

Dr. Laura and Sue are consistently professional and patient, and they take the time to answer questions thoroughly. Overall, the clinical care has been excellent! However, the front desk staff often appears unapproachable, which makes me hesitant to ask questions. I hope they can have a more welcoming and patient communication style at the front desk.
