What a clown show.. apparently not a walk in. Then when attempting to schedule the online experience is even worse... have to go here for work

I attempted a walk-in for a pre-employment drug screen on Saturday, but they were fully booked. I secured an appointment for the next day. However, I received a call from someone who was not at all helpful, informing me that they had to cancel due to a staffing shortage. When I inquired about rescheduling over the phone, they directed me to do it online. Given their inability to conduct a straightforward drug screen even with staff present, I'm skeptical about relying on this clinic for medical needs.

Bad place to go when your child is sick don’t go this place. They are not Urgen Care My child is sick and high fever and they told I have make appointment and they don’t have any then they say you can make tomorrow and the lady in front desk is rude. Don’t wast your time to go MedEpress Urgen care.

The receptionist(kat) was very cold and not compassionate at all. They made me wait a really long time to tell me they couldn’t help me. I should’ve just drove myself to the hospital to begin with. I have no idea who they help and with what if the NP said they don’t have a lot of tools and cannot give out medication.

Staff is very professional. Short waiting period to be seen.

All over it says walk-ins. On the door, on websites but when I tried they said I have to have an appointment. 2 hours later I made an appointment. Check in still took 20 minutes. They told me I didn't have an ear infection. A week later I come back and they said I had a bad middle and outer ear infection. This place was hit or miss before but really gone done hill in the last couple of months.

This place is miserable. Every time I've been here it has been absolutely horrible. The front desk lady is incredibly rude and moves at the speed of a turtle. I booked a sport's physical online that said it would be 40-50$ and put in insurance to pay. Get a text the next day right before my appointment saying that I will need to pay on the spot. When I call 30 minutes before my appointment just to ask if I will be billed right away in person or not I am put on hold immediately for 15 minute. When finally helped I get lectured that it is close to my appointment time. Then after that I am put on hold for another 10 minutes only to be told that the price is 80$ not 40-50$ and it will not go through insurance but needs to be payed automatically. I then get told the appointment will have to be rescheduled either way because now it is 12:28 even though I was left on hold for 30 minutes over the price of a physical and was in the parking lot. Absolute trash and doesn't help anyone. Get rid of this place

It was 7 pm and 1 person a couple was in line but only one was being seen, and she said they are open until 8pm and said they were at maximum capacity, how is that maximum capacity??? There's an hour left. I have walked in at 10 minutes to 8 and they have seen me with a room full of people! I have never been so disrespect by Aundrea, the secretary in my whole life! I do give bad reviews lightly. Usually I give good reviews. I'm grateful for the audience I do have and she doesn't even know me. I'm glad I have a lot of viewers that know my reviews are the truth, and this place shouldn't be in business if 2 clients in an hour are too many! Wow

They don't wanna provide the service, I already came several times, ask exactly at what time and date can I come for service and they still don't help me, I lost a job offer because the "doctor" is not there, he/she is never there.
