The eye doctor is very personable and makes the exam process relaxing and enjoyable. The ladies that assisted me with my frame/lens purchases were friendly and patient throughout the entire process. I will be going back.

I usually have a great experience here but my recent visit and experience was terrible! The doctor is fantastic as always he really cares about your eyes and really listens to you as a patient hes wonderful! BUT the WORKERS in this place are atrocious! They are rude, not helpful, and don't make you feel welcome as a customer I had some issues with my prescription and it turned into a fiasco! Not handled well at all! Its really not making me want to return after this experience.

Bad Bad Bad Optical Receptionist at Target Optical miscommunication. I was told I could get an appointment for an eye exam and Medica would cover it. NOT TRUE according to my verification / Due Diligence process.

Danielle was so amazing. She was kind and patient with me during the frame selection process; extremely knowledgeable as well when it comes to sizing and fitting. I will always recommend friends and loved ones to come see Danielle for their vision needs. 💕
