I went in as I had a filling that fell out after about 10 years. I went with the crown at their advisement. The doctor said I could expect some soreness and discomfort for a day or 2, but it was still causing a lot of pain. I went in as they said it's normal and they need to do an adjustment. It's still very painful. I asked for a full or partial refund so that I could use that to go to another dentist to get this fixed, but they were unwilling to do that. They said my only option is to go see them for a third time for the same issue to give them another chance and according to their x-rays they see no issue. I don't really care what is shown in the x-ray, I just want the pain to stop. I am in much worse shape now than I was when I went to see them. It's disappointing that they care more about the money I paid them than me getting this error corrected with another dentist. They may be fine for basic cleanings, but anything more complicated I highly recommend going elsewhere.
