They need to be more caring and thoughtful about your health and how you feel they don’t show a lot of caring I don’t feel at this point I would recommend people to go there

Unlike other Centracare clinics, this Urgent Care does not post a wait time but rather gives false appointment slots. Then when you arrive for your appointment time, they tell you the wait time. In my case it showed multiple available appointments times for the afternoon, but when I checked in, the receptionist said it was over a 2 hour wait even with my 1:30 "appointment".

I Have no idea how moving the pharmacy out of the building, taking the ability to pick up meds conveniently esp for sick, hurt , and elderly people, was remotely a good idea?? This is where we pick up our meds now? How embarrassing to pick up your private meds in the middle of the grocery store? No ability to be discreet. A table set up in the middle of the store?? How many meds don't even get picked up now? Taking the drugs out of the clinic was one of the dumbest things I have seen this town do in 20+ yrs. Idk who overlooked "care" in Centra care, re consider for the health of all these elderly and sick patients.

Absolutely awful clinic. Got done with my doctors visit after being told they couldn't figure out what was wrong and waited an HOUR at the labs on a slow day as they continually called people in who had shown up five minutes prior. Hideous service. Go anywhere else !!!!!

Most of my medical staff is from this location in Willmar. My issue is the parking. Not all people that are handicap have a scooter or wheelchair. A lot of handicap people are pushing walkers, using canes or their own sore legs, and the clinic is fairly far away from the handicap parking area. Also, there could be a lot of walking, inside with no benches in sight, if you have doctors when you turn right inside.

Update your holiday hours online, or change your voicemail from the potential storm a week ago to reflect hours, or maybe at the very least you would post holiday hours at the entrance. Very unprofessional!

Gross. We went to to have our son examined. We got to the exam room in urgent care and there was blood in the exam table and floor. We had to call the nurse back in to clean it up as we didn't want our toddler to touch it. The paper barrier that covers the exam table was laying on the floor. Garbage and dirt on the floor of the exam room. Completely unacceptable in a health care center. That's why we go to Montevideo.

Honesty

Went in to urgent care for a simple UTI. Staff were cranky and unfriendly but whatever, I just needed antibiotics. The bathroom for taking the sample was dirty and still had a unflushed urine and TP in it. Then the Dr said the prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I could go. 3 hours later and two calls to the office/clinic and still no prescription. I work graveyard shift. Either I don't get sleep or I don't get antibiotics at this point. Should have gone elsewhere.

URGENT Care Is ridiculous!!!! Got us in super fast, because there was no one there, but sent us to the ER for an X-Ray!!!!! They “didn’t feel comfortable “ dealing with a chest X-ray 🙄. Seriously?!?! For being an urgent care/healthcare facility they sure are useless!!!!! What a waste of ER staff, rooms etc!!! We have been very disappointed with Willmar medical care in the past, but this takes the cake!!! We are thinking South 71 vet clinic might be a better option pretty soon!
