List of Centracare- Willmar Lakeland Clinic's Reviews
A very kind group of nurses, doctors, lab & patient Access employees. Thank you all for your dedication ❤️
Doc Haggenjos is by far thee best doctor I have ever gone to. I started seeing him while I was pregnant with my first son in 2020 and now I refuse to see anyone els. He’s so good with my boys and genuinely cares for his patients. He LISTENS! & is there when you need him. I just gave birth the end of June with my second son and the support Doc H gave me was unbelievable. I could not have done it without him. We appreciate you SO MUCH Doc H!!!
2023: Still a health hazard keeping unaddressed needs on a theoretical to-do list and misguiding/misjudging patient needs. Other establishments realize this is a Willmar problem. Also, the cause of years of migraines were part of the inability to correctly diagnose and were further worsened by attempts to pass up the responsibility of care without assessing and considering the needs of the client while still representing the responsibility of care. 2021 Update: This establishment and my primary doctor is absolutely embarrassing. I have purposely tried to not involve my primary physician in ANY of my medical treatments because she makes the whole situation unnecessarily worse before anything starts to make progress. These things include sending referrals to irrelevant offices multiple times AND on separate occasions even when detailed messages AND instructions from nearby offices are noted. Being her nurse or herself take many days to contact with me, each time a referral is sent to the wrong place, I have to wait up to a week for another to be sent. This includes prescription updates and refills and even some medications have had the instructions so poorly written when sent to the pharmacy that the pharmacy could not give them to me until they could clarify how they are supposed to be taken. All of this drains enthusiasm for getting my medical needs met and frankly I don't have the energy, trust or time to want to have anything to do with the Lakeland office, and I'm beyond dissatisfied with every encounter I have had there. I also don't have the insurance to just go anywhere else, and I've just kinda lumped all Willmar medical staff into a group of poorly trained and lifeless people. My latest endeavor includes severe debilitating migraines (that I have just discovered to also include occular migraines after an ER visit) that do not stop without a prescribed migraine medication and then having to waiting for my primary physician to “ok" a refill of a regularly used migraine prescription we had already discussed being a continuous med. I have tried to contact the Lakeland office 3 times in an attempt to get a refferal for a migrain/headache specialist as per both a neurologist and an opthomologist have recommended in the last couple months, but after 4 days, she has sent a refferal back to the neurologist and I'm astounded by the sheer ignorance or -possibly- a blatent inability to complete a task. It's Friday so I guess I'll call you Monday. Just do something right ffs. I wait 15 minutes past my apointment to sit in the office another 25 minutes and then get 5 minutes with a Dr. This is a very common occurrence especially when the Dr will argue about what you came in for and essentially have to reschedule because the Dr still gave the wrong solution even though you urged for what you know it is, and what it always is. This routine never changes, and I still have jump through all the hoops they give because they are the only way to get what I would need. I wholeheartedly dont reccomend this place at all.
All policies are changing without notice and making it hard on patients as well as scheduling. patients records are being mixed up and the clinic is making it more difficult for patients to get in. Our appointments were switched twice and then still had to be switched again. Patient care is not number one at this place.
They have very talented, caring and thorough providers and staff. Everyone is cheerful. Wait time is short. I know my kids and I are in great hands. I am so glad I discovered this clinic and have a phenomenal provider. I have never rated a medical facility before now; the Lakeland Clinic and staff truly deserve the best rating.
I love this place.
I reluctantly went to Dr. Jessica Martinez today with my concern for a bladder stone and I have had them before. My blood pressure was very high due to my pain. She did a urine sample but no scan and no ultra sound to verify what i was saying was true then lied in my medical chart and made a false statement claiming I had said it. She did not help me nor listen to me I left with my BP 145/110 she did not even address the issue. Do not go here it is a complete money pit they DO NOT CARE about your health.
Don't get your preventive care done there. They're upcharging preventative care visits to office visits so they can pocket more money and cost patients copays.
Dr. Arcilla is a wonderful Dr. Who cares deeply about her patients. I highly recommend her! She takes the time to get to know you and has always treated me as a person. She listens to my concerns with an open mind. I love this clinic!!! Everyone is so nice and they all are so welcoming.
The best for medical care! They are concerned about you and your health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
