Nystrom and Associates is the worse place to go if you are trying to improve your mental health. Pretty questionable and unethical counseling and billing practices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nystrom has given me the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of medical or psychological service. I have had the same appointment rescheduled 6 times, 4 of which I was called the day of because my provider was not in the day I was scheduled, and 2 of which I was no-showed on a video call. When I submitted a complaint, all they did was assign me a new provider and postpone my appointment yet again. It’s really ironic that this is supposedly a mental health service when they are actively being detrimental to their patients’ well-being. Avoid Nystrom & Associates if at all possible.

Crossroads is such a relaxing enviroment and they are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only counseling center I have liked. I recommend them
