Steven Bell's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Bell is great! The front desk staff are the worst of any clinic we go to whether it's dental, lab work or other physicians. There is no going above and beyond in fact your lucky if you get out of there or off the phone without someone being rude and nasty. Unfortunately, the buck stops with the physicians allowing this type of treatment to go on with their patients. The buck also stops with the Office Manager. The staff behaves the way they do because they are taking a page out of her book. She is horrible to deal with. The staff are copying monkey see, monkey do and that's the standard the manager has set. Our family can go to any other type of clinic in the city and be treated far better. The doctors need to clean house and it should start with their Manager.

Dr. Steven Bell left me dying of sepsis and did not catch it for 5 days before I had to be life flighted to Abbot Hospital in Minneapolis. It took 3 years to recover and that was only possible though the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. My intestinal tract grew together into a mass which caused vomiting daily as i could not digest food. I went back to Rice Hospital and they could only send me back to Minneapolis as the answer. They would not take responsibility nor use exploritory surgery to discover the issue...

Dr Stephen Bell has been my and my parents doctor for many years. Dad has just passed away , I have never met someone so helpful and compassionate with our Family . He made this difficult time so much better for us all. Thank you.

Dr. Bell is kind and affable, and clearly cares about your health. I highly recommend him.

His office staff is terrible which so believe directly affects the outcome of patient care. They are meant to empower the physician to do his role effectively and efficiently. More specific is that they need courtesy, professionalism and tact.

The urgent care clinic makes you wait for over 2 hours before calling you in to take about 5 mins looking you “over” and calling you good and sending you home. This place needs improvement.

Absolutely awful management, horrible horrible wait times when my 1 year old has had bad fevers and a horrible deep cough, absolutely no desire to help us out. Will do everything I can to steer as many people away from that place as I can.

Dr. Bell left me dying in the recovery room, then went on vacation. After 5 days of sepsis from a perforated bowel, and multiple organ failure, I was sent to Minneapolis. Only after 3years and express aid of the Mayo Clinic, I survived. Minus several feet of small and large intestine, due to Dr. Bell and his staff. They let me die before they decided to life flight me to the cities.

Really kind and smart doctor, listens and relates to his customers on personal level. Is always open to finding new ways to solve things and is just generally really helpful.

Amazing ! Very knowledgeable and Dr Bell truly cares about your health and wellness. He is my biggest advocate !
